PRESEASON TOURAMENT
Teams will be scheduled to play a mini tournament on September 5, 6, or 7 the week before regular season games begin. This tournament has two purposes:
- The tournament will be used primarily as training for officials. 5 minutes will be built in to each set for referee training and games may be briefly stopped to address any training issues. Tentative format is that teams will play 3-4 other teams in their division for 15 minutes each and then rotate.
- Secondarily, this tournament will provide an opportunity to evaluate all the teams in each division to make sure that they are competing with teams of similar caliber. Please bring the players you intend to play with during the season.
SCHEDULES
Schedules will be made available online following the preseason tournament. The Captains meeting will be held via YouTube live August 30 at 5PM. Please be sure to forward the meeting link to any interested team members.
This league is dependent on the use of Provo School District gym use. In the event that the gyms become unavailable for any reason pro-rated refunds will be issued for any remaining games.

LOCATION
All games will be held at Dixon Middle School (750 W 200 N) or the Provo Recreation Center (320 W 500 N).
WAIVERS
A participation waiver with names and signatures, must be completed before the first game and turned into the supervisor. New players throughout the season must sign the waiver before participating. Download the waiver here.
ROSTERS
ROSTERS
Rosters will be managed by the team captain on QuickScores and tournament eligibility will be posted online during the season. Limit is 15 players per team. Players may be added to the roster online at any time during regular season play. In order to see your current team, you must sign in to quickscores or create an account with the email address with which you registered your team. Email the league coordinator if you are not sure what email address to use at shwhite@provo.org.
TOURNAMENT ELIGIBILITY
Players must check in to 3 games to be eligible for tournament play. ID may be checked at post-season games. Players should check in at the supervisor table before each game to get credit for playing in games.
