ALL PAPERWORK AND FEES MUST BE PAID BY MAY 18
MANDATORY COACHES MEETING MAY 20 @ 630PM
COACHING STAFF- ALL HEAD COACHES, ASSISTANT COACHES, TEAM MOMS, OR ANYONE THAT WANTS FIELD OR DUGOUT ACCESS….
MUST SUBMIT A BACKGROUND CHECK WITH THE CITY OF EL PASO’S PARKS AND REC DEPT. ONCE BACKGROUND CHECK COMPLETED, COACHING STAFF WILL RECEIVE VALID COACHING CARD. COACHING STAFF MUST DISPLAY COACHES CARD, ABOVE THE WAIST, AT ALL TIMES, DURING TEAM EVENTS AT PONDER.
ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A LIABILITY/MEDICAL RELEASE & PARENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ON FILE.
ALL PLAYERS MUST ALSO ATTAIN A CITY OF EL PASO- PARKS AND REC PLAYER ID. ALL IDS MUST BE VALID. (They are only good for a year)

GAMES WILL BE PLAYED ON WEEKNIGHTS AND SATURDAYS, OBSERVING HOLIDAYS THAT OCCUR DURING THE SEASON.
